The menu is based on the search for always excellent raw materials that our territory offers, preferring the short supply chain, for this reason it is based on the seasonality of the products. It varies between meat and fish proposals: appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, will carry you on a sensory trip through traditional dishes and unusual combinations.
